Attorney Xue (Sue) Huang focuses her work on corporate, real estate, and commercial litigation, providing advice and representation for clients of all sizes, including start-ups. This work includes corporate transactions and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganization, financing and fundraising, employment and compensation policy, risk management, corporate compliance, governance, and cross-border transactions. Xue also provides external general counsel for a number of early-stage companies including technology firms and restaurant chains, helping them to transition from start-ups to corporations.
Xue also has extensive experience in dealing with both commercial and residential real estate, including transactions, financing, and dispute resolution, as well as litigating and arbitrating contract and commercial disputes.

Attorney Song Chen studied at both the East China University of Political Science and Law, and the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, and is one of the founding partners of Huang, Chen, Wu & Zhu PLLC, currently serving as the chair of the company's business and litigation practices.
Song is a time-tested and battle-hardened trial attorney, successfully litigating cases across a broad spectrum of different industries around the world, and building an impressive winning record along the way. That record has helped him to develop an impressive reputation, and a portfolio of loyal clients both here in the United States, and abroad.
Areas of focus for Song are business disputes and real estate disputes. For his business clients, he provides expert advocacy and representation to companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500, in high-stakes issues that include control and management, partnership and joint venture, private equity funding, merger and acquisition, sale and purchase, foreclosure, trade secret, trademark infringement, and a host of other issues.
On the real estate side, Song litigates on behalf of his clients on issues that include sale and purchase, development, foreclosure, liens, land access, commercial leases, construction site accident defense, and premises liability cases.

Attorney Ling (Allen) Wu received his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University Law School in Newark, New Jersey, and is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey, as well as before the Federal District Court in New Jersey. Mr. Wu’s practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, business transactions, and employment-based immigration law.
Before starting his successful legal career, Mr. Wu worked in the information technology field for over a decade, including roles at a number of Fortune 100 companies. His qualifications for this role include a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems that he received from Baruch College, CUNY.
This experience has given Mr. Wu a uniquely analytical approach to the law, and exceptional research skills. He is a passionate, diligent, and detail-oriented advocate for his clients, providing expert legal advice and representation in a range of cases. Ling takes great pride in the work that he undertakes, always striving to find creative solutions to the issues that his clients have.
Ling (Allen) Wu is bilingual, speaking both English and Mandarin Chinese fluently. Away from the practice, Ling is enthusiastic about world history, spending much of his free time studying, reading, and discussing history.

Attorney Xinyu (Linus) Zhu studied law at both the East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, and the Georgetown University Law Centre in Washington, DC., and is admitted to both the New York State Bar and the China Bar Association.
Xinyu works predominantly on real estate development projects, construction agreements, financing, condominium board management, real estate transactions, and corporate leases. On the corporate side, Xinyu is involved in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, as well as standing as the practice expert on USPTO trademark registration. He is also an accomplished litigator, having spent many years in senior positions with major global corporations and handling contract and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Huang, Chen, Wu & Zhu PLLC as an associate attorney, Mr. Zhu held the position of senior counsel with the Akzo Nobel (China) Investment Company, where he led the department in providing legal support to five business units and fifteen subsidiaries. His work here included advising management on executive dismissal, redundancy, and disciplinary action, as well as handling criminal investigations, and working closely with tax, finance, treasury, and human resources teams in merger and acquisition activity. Xinyu also provided counsel for the Ford Motor Company in the Asia Pacific and Africa regions, where he coordinated legal support for product liability matters and managed all China-based litigation.
Mr. Zhu brings a wealth of experience and corporate knowledge to the team and has a proactive and creative approach to finding legal solutions for his clients that are both out of the box and aligned with their overall goals.
